And the Purple Carrot Project comes online! We'd like to welcome back our followers and show everyone what we've been up to the past couple of weeks since you last heard from us.
Our gardens have been doing wonderfully, or at least one of them has. Today we were able to have our first harvest of garden #1, collecting many snap peas, onions, beets, lettuce, and kale to boot! We hope to be picking parsley, sage and carrots in the next couple of weeks along with more of what we harvested today. Stay tuned for for more updates on the project next week!
